Thoughts, Feelings, Words and the Meditation

ENGLISH TRANSLATION

The thoughts and their feelings as well as the spoken words are an invisible might of full of energies and powers, that the human being continuously sends out. And the thoughts, feelings and words are the substance, from which he/she creates his/her reality. It asks itself now however, whether he/she thus sees the world and the daily circumstances, as they effectively are, or whether he/she exclusively looks at and considers them through the fullness of his/her assumptions, attitudes and experiences (empirical knowledge), through his/her firm patterns, imaginations and assessments.

The knowing human being is him/herself conscious of the fact about the effective truth in regard to thoughts and feelings, which an inner dialog with current thoughts is nearly uninterruptedly played out in his/her head and that therefrom arise feelings and words. Through intellect and rationality he/she is continuously therewith talking with him/herself of concerns. Through the one’s own thoughts he/she provides to him/herself unceasingly endless explanations about the life and there-with forms the world of his/her feelings, anxieties, problems, worries and the opinions about other human beings, etc.

He/she thinks tens-of-thousands of thoughts each day and correspondingly in equal-measure forms innumerable feelings in various variations, that stream through him/her. A very great number of the thoughts, feelings and words are like tape recordings of old patterns which have accompanied him/her through the entire life; old self chosen programming, that themselves partly already lifelong and partly from newer time unwind over and over again in the human being and stimulate his/her memory (remembering). The entirety of all these thoughts, feelings and words creates outer circumstances for the human being, which means, that he/she creates all his/her life’s circumstances him/herself.

Hence arises that, which the human being sows today from his/her thoughts, feelings and words, he/she already on next the day or otherwise in the future reaps as results, because he/she is the one’s own creator of his/her life. Depending on how and what the human being thinks, whatever feelings he/she creates and whatever words he/she utters, he/she therewith influences his/her health, his/her life, his/her morals, psyche and his/her general feeling-based wellbeing. The fellow human beings, with those he/she closely or loosely cohabits, works with or it simply nearby or further surrounds, like also his/her everyday manifold situations, serve as a mirror to him/her of his/her state, which he/she created and outwardly sets free. Thoughts nurtured feelings formed, and words expressed or held back, always yield their effect.

They are as invisible thoughts, as visible feeling-impulsations and as audible words or inaudible unexpressed messages, that become sent out without-pause. Every thought, every feeling and every word, be it in the positive or in the negative, is a self-created creation of the human being, that as such sets everything in motion and manifests itself in any kind and wise. And when the human beings consciously meditates, then he/she knows precisely, how very complicated it can be, to hush the thoughts and feelings, i.e., the inner speaking in the head and the therefrom developing feelings as well as the words, in order to come into contact with profound, rationality-bearing and wise intuitions. And when the meditation is considered, then it is to be recognized, that it is this which thereto provides a good possibility, that the human being is conscious of, what kind of thoughts and feelings he she usually has and what words he/she really expresses. The meditation lets the human being recognize the might of the merry-go-round of the thoughts, feelings and words, as also the possibility, that he/she liberate him/ herself from all their negative forms and can turn him/herself to the best, good and positive.
