Supervision of the children of visitors, passive and KG and SKG members in a FIGU center

  1. If mothers and/or fathers come to a FIGU center with minor children to visit or perform their workdays, then the mothers or the fathers – if the mothers are not present – must supervise their minor children themselves.
  2. Children must be supervised by their mothers or fathers until the age of 14, or, depending on their maturity and understanding of responsibility, until their 17th year, so that the supervisors can react immediately if necessary.
  3. Mothers with minor children can perform light work in the garden and on the grounds, and the children are allowed to help, provided that supervision can be easily maintained.
  4. Children are welcome to help core group members with safe tasks. If they no longer wish to help, they should be sent back to their supervisor.
  5. Caring for minor children is considered regular working time.
