1. You are forty years old today, for which I and all of us offer the best wishes to you.
   Billy:
   Thank you. However, I am not here for that reason. Here, I have brought with me a new map of Switzerland, you know, in order to mark in the earthquake zones.
   Semjase:
2. I want to remind you today about this because time begins to press.
3. You must yourself slowly try to endeavour to find a suitable place where you can secure yourselves.
4. Already in 1975 I spoke about a suitable Centre for you about which you must now seek for yourselves.
5. Look here in this screen, these delineations; render them on to your map while we talk to one another.
6. Here, this zone contains the mountain block, which is suitable for a settlement, if you do not settle yourselves here in these shaded zones.
7. These here, mark them as primary zones, because in the future they are extremely strongly at risk of severe Earth shaking changes, while here, these secondary zones are those into which you are not allowed to settle.
8. Here, this is a volcano region, and the zone here around it is severely endangered in the future if the volcano again awakens to activity, which is to say, will certainly not occur very soon.
9. You should absolutely avoid this long-stretching zone here, because this, like nearly all flat land in the north of Switzerland, will be destroyed by possible later atomic fire during war actions, if the ancient prophecies should be fulfilled, which however is to hope that this does not happen.

11. Do settle somewhere down there and then build a Centre.
12. The most secure location, which you can choose, lies here between both of these secondary quake zones and this volcano zone, although however you have to remain in this narrow channel between these zones.
13. Here, this is also the location, which is predestined for the centre and where also a suitable building and necessary grounds exists, as you indeed already know for years.
    Billy:
    You speak very easily about this, because this means huge difficulties for us. First is the problem of the property and the site which we first must find, and second then the problem of the finances. The suitable property might in fact surely cost up to 500,000 francs, and from where we should get hold of this capital, this is a riddle to me.
    Semjase:
14. Reasoning will smooth the path for you, and besides we will also be sending out reason bearing impulses to all of those, who decisively want to take part in this, in order to take care of the financial matter.
15. We will be sending out impulses of truth, from which they will quite correctly recognise the truth and the necessity of the undertaking.

Only then when this turns out well.

16. There will be no coercion wielded because all, through their own reasoning and their own wills, have to make the decision.
17. Furthermore, every individual works for their own evolution, not just in this life but already for the next rebirths as well.
18. Many of your group will find their next incarnations as new personalities in the centre as built by you, which will be steered with our and your own help as well as by the Centre built by you, for which we will give you the instructions.
19. Also, we will monitor the building of the centre into appropriate form, give you detailed instructions and stand by your side with good advice.
    Billy:
    You speak calmly about great things, girl. Am I allowed at least to know, who will have the next incarnations in the centre, and in what period?
    Semjase:
20. Surely, I can mention some to you.
21. Some of the present group will spend an extremely short time in the beyond area, before they come to the Centre and join into the group as other personalities through a rebirth into physical form.
22. The first of the present members will again incarnate as another person into the group between the years 2012 and 2025, others between 2033 and 2036, and the rest between the years 2045 and 2072, always assuming that everything fulfils itself.
23. The reason for this rapid succession, is that the work is not allowed to lie fallow and must be continued forward so that the knowledge, despite all coming confusion and maliciousness, slowly spreads over your world, because only as a result will those of the enormously further growing humanity grasp the knowledge and be guided onto the path of true evolution.
24. Moreover, the tasks of the individuals are very different and often they themselves hardly recognise them.
25. However, they are important and far reaching, as in the future as already in the present as well, even if the individual is still not able to recognise this, as I already said.
    Billy:
    However, you leave out the names of those, who incarnate again so soon. Yet, you said, that you are allowed to mention some names.
    Semjase:
26. Surely, despite a desertion of the group and the mission and despite nasty betrayal among others, the first will be Olga, Amata, Claire and Elsa, who again will incarnate as female life-forms, if all is actually fulfilled, which however partly is in question.
27. Their names and personalities however, as you know, will no longer be the same, but such of a special type, which today on Earth would sound strange and which I am not officially allowed to mention.
28. Thus, however, it will also be with all of the others, with Engelbert who again will appear as a male life-form between 2053 and 2066, when at the same also Margareth will incarnate as a male life-form, as well as also Herbert, however always assuming that everything fulfils itself, and then as new personalities.
29. Between 2065 and 2072 then Jacobus, Marcel, Kalliope, Conrad, Hans, Paula and Pauli appear again in addition to several further persons, whose names are unknown to you, who however in the course of the near future and next few years will still come to meet you.
30. Also, leaving and betraying group members are also in the next life with new personalities, not to be ruled out and who again will confront the group and the mission, if all finds its correction, which however is often in question.
    Billy:
    This is really quite interesting. However, you state nothing about my littleness, which will certainly be of interest to all.
    Semjase:

33. Surely, you know, how and at what point in time, you will depart from all others unexpectedly and unassumingly from the worldly living area, and you know it is not allowed to be spoken about this.
34. However, so also it is not allowed to be explained at what point in time you will appear again.
35. This precaution rests in the knowledge that an idol would be made of you if the dates would come to be known.
36. It is only allowed to be known, that you will again be, in around 800 years, the centre point of your innermost group, as this already existed in earlier times on various occasions and also exists today.
37. As you, however, have already explained in earlier times you wanted your mission to be fulfilled up to the end, consequently you, respectively, your spirit-form for the next few millennia cannot once again stay away prolonged years in the beyond area, but in rapid form, repeatedly at various locations on Earth, you incarnate, or, it incarnates, in order to fulfil tasks with other peoples and races of your world, whereby you certainly as a new personality also will appear again in contact with your now existing group, which indeed will further spread itself.
38. The dates of these contact happenings and of your rebirth I am not allowed to mention, as you know.
39. The members belonging to your group will recognise you with each appearance, as well as these themselves amongst one another.
40. Certain precautions should also be taken about this, which I will give you later, however which are not officially allowed to be known.
41. I am not allowed to explain more in official form and likewise not are you, outside of your closest group circle, even if you want to.
    Billy:
    I know this. Thanks for your information. Now, however, still a further question in connection to this: There are quite many, who belong loosely to our group, are our descendants as well, what about them?
    Semjase:
42. All of your descendants come again sooner or later to the group, partly already by the year 2067, because some will already soon leave this world, in order to undertake certain tasks with rebirths as new personalities after a really short absence.
43. The still looser members belonging to the group, as you call them, will incarnate again on different occasions already by the year 2065, partly in your Centre, yet the majority outside, such however that they first will come to the group, only after they have become independent.
    Billy:
    This should be enough information. So, now I am finished with the marking in. Is it correct?
    Semjase:
44. Surely, only you should draw in later all of these zones according to their value separately on suitable maps.
    Billy:
    Okay, I will do this. However, now a question: Harald is with Jacobus, as I indeed have already said to you, before you landed. Can you perhaps once again allow them to hear the sound of the ship when flying away?
    Semjase:
45. Surely.
    Billy:
    Good, thank you. But – how is it with him concerning the incarnation? Also Dolfi, Helga, Mara and Martin would interest me. Renato and Mariella as well.
    Semjase:
46. Mariella and Helga will again be female life-forms and incarnate between 2068 and 2071.
47. Mara changes to a male life-form, while Martin, Dolfi and Renato retain their gender.
48. They all appear again as new personalities first after the year 2110, as in fact also all of the others.
    Billy:
    Aha, and where will they see again the light of the world?
    Semjase:
49. Mariella and Helga will under certain circumstances be in the centre, while all of the others are to be outside of it, but will eventually come to the group, although some of them will be born thousands of kilometres away.
    Billy:
    Thanks for the information. There would then still be Pleja and Guido, what about them?
    Semjase:
50. – Are you thinking here about Anke?
    Billy:
    Naturally.
    Semjase:
51. Both will be born outside of the Centre; the girl after the year 2090 and the man after the year 2081, after which he then again finds the final path to the group.
52. Consequently, Guido will not be far from the Centre and comes to the group, while with Anke the matter is still not clear.
53. However, there are the new personalities to consider.
    Billy:
    Why not? I mean Anke.
    Semjase:
54. She herself is still not clear in regard to certain things.
55. However, she also might stay away from the Centre in the manner that she only occasionally appears there, because she will not leave this world there, because she soon goes another way.
    Billy:
    Ah, so that is it. Is it that, in departing from life in the Centre, it is then necessary for certain things?
    Semjase:
56. Surely, because in order to be able to incarnate in the centre there is needed a certain help of each individual.
57. This is connected to the Sohar-Centre, which requires, that each determined day a certain action and a certain thought process must be carried out by each individual group member, as a result of which first the aim directed incarnation with the destination of the rebirth in the centre location or in the nearby surrounds can be successful.
    Billy:
    Oh, now I understand. The intended Sohar-Centre is then probably a swinging wave[1] and radiation centre with some energies and crystals, etc., yes?
    Semjase:
58. Surely, it is so.

1. Du bist heute vierzig Jahre alt, wozu ich dir und allen die besten Wünsche entbiete.
   Billy:
   Danke. Deswegen bin ich aber nicht hier. Da, ich habe heute eine neue Schweizerlandkarte mitgebracht, weisst du, um die Erdbebenzonen einzuzeichnen.
   Semjase:
2. Daran wollte ich dich heute erinnern, denn die Zeit beginnt zu drängen.
3. Ihr müsst euch langsam darum bemühen, den passenden Ort zu finden, wo ihr euch sichern könnt.
4. Schon 1975 sprach ich von einem geeigneten Zentrum für euch, um das ihr euch nun bemühen müsst.
5. Sieh, hier auf diesem Schirm, diese Einzeichnungen; übertrage sie auf deine Karte, während wir uns unterhalten.
6. Hier, diese Zone umfasst den Gebirgsblock, der sich gut für eine Niederlassung eignet, wenn ihr euch nicht in diesen schraffierten Zonen hier niederlasst.
7. Diese hier, bezeichne sie als Primärzonen, sind in fernerer Zeit äusserst stark durch schwere Erderschütterungen gefährdet, während diese hier Sekundärzonen sind, in denen ihr euch nicht niederlassen dürft.
8. Hier, das ist ein Vulkangebiet, und die Zone hier herum ist in ferner Zeit schwer gefährdet, wenn der Vulkan wieder zur Tätigkeit erwacht, was allerdings, wie gesagt, nicht sehr bald geschehen wird.
9. Diese langgezogene Zone hier sollt ihr unbedingt meiden, denn diese wird, wie annähernd alles Flachland im Norden der Schweiz, durch eventuell späteres atomares Feuer während Kriegshandlungen vernichtet, wenn sich die alten Prophetien erfüllen sollten, was jedoch nicht zu hoffen ist.
10. Da im Norden, hier im Westen und da im Süden und im Mittelland sind die sichersten Zonen für euch, auch für die Zukunft.
11. Lasst euch da irgendwo nieder und erbaut euch da ein Zentrum.
12. Der sicherste Ort, den ihr wählen könnt, liegt hier zwischen diesen beiden Sekundärbebenzonen und der Vulkanzone, wobei ihr jedoch in diesem engen Kanal zwischen diesen Zonen bleiben müsstet.
13. Das hier ist auch der Ort, der für das Zentrum vorbestimmt ist und wo auch ein passendes Gebäude und das notwendige Areal existiert, wie du ja schon seit Jahren weisst.
    Billy:
    Das sagst du sehr leicht, denn für uns bedeutet das ungeheure Schwierigkeiten. Erstens ist es ein Problem des Objektes und des Geländes, das wir erst bekommen müssen, und zweitens dann das Problem der Finanzen. Das passende Objekt dürfte nämlich sicher an die 500’000 Franken kosten, und woher wir dieses Kapital nehmen sollen, das ist mir ein Rätsel.
    Semjase:
14. Die Vernunft wird euch die Wege ebnen, ausserdem werden wir vernunftsträchtige Impulse an alle jene aussenden, welche sich massgebend daran beteiligen wollen, um die finanziellen Belange zu regeln.
15. Wir werden Impulse der Wahrheit aussenden, wonach sie die Wahrheit und die Notwendigkeit des Unternehmens erst recht erkennen.

Billy:
Wenn das dann nur gut geht.
Semjase:

16. Es wird kein Zwang ausgeübt, denn alle müssen in eigener Vernunft und durch eigenen Willen die Entscheidung treffen.
17. Ausserdem arbeitet jedes einzelne in allem für die eigene Evolution, nicht nur in diesem Leben, sondern auch schon für die nächsten Wiederleben.
18. Viele von eurer Gruppe werden in dem von euch zu erstellenden Zentrum als neue Persönlichkeiten ihre nächsten Inkarnationen finden, was mit unserer und eurer eigenen Hilfe gesteuert wird sowie durch ein von euch zu erstellendes Zentrum, wozu wir euch die Anleitungen geben werden.
19. Auch den Ausbau des Zentrums in zweckdienlicher Form werden wir überwachen, euch genaue Anleitungen geben und euch mit gutem Rat zur Seite stehen.
    Billy:
    Du sprichst grosse Dinge gelassen aus, Mädchen. Darf man wenigstens wissen, wer die nächsten Inkarnationen im Zentrum haben wird, und in welchem Zeitraum?
    Semjase:
20. Sicher, einige kann ich dir nennen.
21. Einige der bisherigen Gruppe werden eine äusserst kurze Zeit im jenseitigen Bereiche verbringen, ehe sie im Zentrum wieder als andere Persönlichkeiten zur Gruppe stossen durch ein Wiederleben in physischer Form.
22. Die ersten der gegenwärtigen Mitglieder werden wieder zur Gruppe als andere Personen inkarnieren zwischen den Jahren 2012 und 2025, andere zwischen 2033 und 2036, und die restlichen zwischen den Jahren 2045 und 2072, immer vorausgesetzt, alles erfüllt sich.
23. Diese schnelle Folge hat ihre Begründung darin, dass die Arbeit nicht brachliegen darf und also weitergeführt werden muss, so sich das Wissen trotz allen kommenden Wirrnissen und Bösartigkeiten langsam auf eurer Welt ausbreitet, denn nur dadurch wird die sich gewaltig weiterwachsende Erdenmenschheit vom Wissen erfasst und auf die Wege der wahrlichen Evolution geleitet.
24. Die Aufgaben der einzelnen sind dabei sehr verschieden und oft kaum erkennbar von ihnen selbst.
25. Doch sind sie aber von Wichtigkeit und weitreichend, so in Zukunft, wie auch schon heute, auch wenn die einzelnen dies noch nicht zu erkennen vermögen, wie ich schon sagte.
    Billy:
    Du lässt dich aber nicht aus über die Namen jener, welche so schnell wieder inkarnieren. Du sagtest doch, dass du einige Namen nennen dürftest.
    Semjase:
26. Sicher, die ersten werden trotz einem Verlassen der Gruppe und der Mission und trotz teilweise bösem Verrat unter anderen Olga, Amata, Claire und Elsa sein, die wiederum als weibliche Lebensformen inkarnieren werden, wenn sich alles wirklich erfüllt, was aber teilweise fraglich ist.
27. Ihre Namen und Persönlichkeiten aber, wie du weisst, werden nicht mehr dieselben sein, sondern solche von spezieller Art, die heute auf der Erde noch fremdartig klingen und die ich nicht offiziell nennen darf.
28. So aber wird es auch sein mit allen andern, mit Engelbert, der wiederum als männliche Lebensform in Erscheinung treten wird zwischen 2053 und 2066, da zur selben Zeit auch Margareth als männliche Lebensform inkarnieren wird, wie auch Herbert, aber immer vorausgesetzt, es erfüllt sich alles, und dann als neue Persönlichkeiten.
29. Zwischen 2065 und 2072 treten dann wieder Jacobus, Marcel, Kalliope, Konrad, Hans, Paula und Päuli in Erscheinung, nebst mehreren weiteren Personen, deren Namen euch noch unbekannt sind, die jedoch im Laufe der nächsten Zeit und der nächsten Jahre noch zu euch stossen werden.
30. Auch abfallende und verratübende Gruppemitglieder sind im nächsten Leben auch mit neuen Persönlichkeiten nicht davon ausgeschlossen, wieder mit der Gruppe und der Mission konfrontiert zu werden, wenn alles seine Richtigkeit nimmt, was aber vielfach fraglich ist.
    Billy:
    Das ist ja recht interessant. Du aber erklärtest nichts von meiner Wenigkeit, was alle bestimmt interessieren wird.
    Semjase:
31. Das weisst du doch.
    Billy:
    Natürlich, doch wäre es interessanter, wenn du es erklärst.
    Semjase:
32. Du weisst, dass ich diesbezüglich offiziell nicht alles erklären darf.
    Billy:
    Das weiss ich, doch kannst du wenigstens das sagen, was eben erklärbar sein darf.
    Semjase:
33. Sicher; du weisst, wie und zu welchem Zeitpunkt du für alle andern unerwartet und unvermutet vom diesseitigen Lebensbereich scheiden wirst, und du weisst, dass darüber nicht gesprochen werden darf.
34. So aber darf auch nicht erklärt werden, zu welchem Zeitpunkt du wieder in Erscheinung trittst.
35. Diese Vorsichtsmassnahme ruht im Wissen, dass aus dir ein Idol gemacht würde, wenn die Daten bekannt würden.
36. Bekannt werden darf nur, dass du in rund 800 Jahren wieder der Mittelpunkt einer innersten Gruppe sein wirst, wie diese schon zu früheren Zeiten verschiedentlich bestand und auch heute besteht.
37. Wie du dich jedoch bereiterklärt hast zu früheren Zeiten, willst du deine Mission bis zum Ende erfüllen, folglich du resp. deine Geistform für die nächsten wenigen Jahrtausende nicht abermals längere Jahre im jenseitigen Bereiche verweilen kannst resp. kann, sondern in schneller Folge mehrmals an den verschiedensten Orten der Erde inkarnierst resp. reinkarniert, um bei andern Völkern und Rassen dieser Welt deine Aufgabe zu erfüllen, wobei du allerdings als neue Persönlichkeiten auch wieder in Kontakt treten wirst mit deiner jetzt bestehenden Gruppe, die sich ja weiterverbreiten wird.
38. Die Daten dieser Kontaktnahmen und die deiner Wiederleben darf ich aber nicht nennen, wie du weisst.
39. Deine Gruppenangehörigen jedoch werden dich bei jedem Erscheinen erkennen, wie auch diese sich selbst untereinander.
40. Hierzu sollen auch bestimmte Vorkehrungen getroffen werden, die ich dir nachher nenne, die jedoch nicht öffentlich bekannt werden dürfen.
41. Mehr darf ich in offizieller Form nicht erklären und du ebenfalls nicht, ausser in deinem engsten Gruppenkreise, wenn du willst.
    Billy:
    Das weiss ich. Danke für deine Auskunft. Jetzt aber noch eine weitere Frage in diesem Zusammenhang: Es sind recht viele, die bereits lose zu unserer Gruppe gehören, auch unsere Nachkommen; was ist mit denen?
    Semjase:
42. Alle eure eigenen Nachkommen stossen früher oder später wieder zur Gruppe, teilweise schon ab dem Jahre 2067, denn einige werden diese Welt schon früh verlassen, um beim Wiederleben als neue Persönlichkeit nach recht kurzer Abwesenheit bestimmte Aufgaben zu übernehmen.
43. Die noch losen Gruppenangehörigen, wie du sie nennst, werden verschiedentlich schon ab dem Jahre 2065 wieder inkarnieren, teilweise in eurem Zentrum, im Grossteil jedoch ausserhalb, so sie jedoch erst in späteren Jahren wieder zur Gruppe stossen werden, nämlich dann, wenn sie selbständig geworden sind.
    Billy:
    Diese Auskunft dürfte genügen. So, jetzt bin ich auch mit dem Einzeichnen fertig. Ist es gut so?
    Semjase:
44. Sicher, nur solltest du später alle diese Zonen hier je nach ihrem Wert separat in geeignete Landkarten einzeichnen.
    Billy:
    Okay, das werde ich tun. Jetzt aber eine Frage: Harald ist bei Jacobus, wie ich dir ja schon sagte, ehe du gelandet bist. Kannst du beim Wegfliegen ihn vielleicht nochmals das Sirren des Schiffes hören lassen?
    Semjase:
45. Sicher.
    Billy:
    Gut, danke. Aber – wie ist es eigentlich mit ihm bezüglich der Inkarnation? Auch Dölfi, Helga, Mara und Martin würden mich interessieren. Auch Renato und Mariella.
    Semjase:
46. Mariella und Helga werden wieder weibliche Lebensformen sein und zwischen 2068 und 2071 inkarnieren.
47. Mara wandelt sich zur männlichen Lebensform, während Martin, Dölfi und Renato ihr Geschlecht beibehalten.
48. Sie alle treten erst nach dem Jahre 2110 wieder als neue Persönlichkeiten in Erscheinung, wie ja auch alle andern.
    Billy:
    Aha, und wo werden sie das Licht der Welt wieder erblicken?
    Semjase:
49. Mariella und Helga werden unter gewissen Umständen im Zentrum sein, während alle andern ausserhalb sind, jedoch aber wieder zur Gruppe stossen werden, obwohl einige von ihnen Tausende von Kilometern entfernt geboren werden.
    Billy:
    Danke für die Auskunft. Es wären da aber noch Pleja und Guido, was ist mit ihnen?
    Semjase:
50. – Denkst du dabei an Anke?
    Billy:
    Natürlich.
    Semjase:
51. Beide werden ausserhalb des Zentrums geboren werden; nach dem Jahre 2090 das Mädchen, und nach dem Jahre 2081 der Mann, wonach er dann wieder den endgültigen Weg zur Gruppe findet.
52. Folglich wird Guido unweit vom Zentrum sein und zur Gruppe stossen, während bei Anke die Dinge noch nicht klar stehen.
53. Es sind aber der neuen Persönlichkeiten zu bedenken.
    Billy:
    Warum nicht? Ich meine Anke.
    Semjase:
54. Sie ist mit sich selbst noch nicht im klaren im Bezuge auf gewisse Dinge.
55. Auch aber könnte sie sich vom Zentrum fernhalten in der Form, dass sie nur zeitweilig dort erscheint, weil sie das Diesseits nicht dort verlassen wird, weil sie bald anderweitige Wege geht.
    Billy:
    Ach so ist das. Ist das Im-Center-aus-dem-Leben-Scheiden denn notwendig für irgendwelche Dinge?
    Semjase:
56. Sicher, denn um im Zentrum inkarnieren zu können bedarf es einer bestimmten Hilfe jedes einzelnen.
57. Diese steht im Zusammenhang mit dem Sohar-Zentrum, was bedingt, dass jeden bestimmen Tag von jedem einzelnen Gruppenmitglied eine bestimmte Handlung und ein bestimmter Gedankengang ausgeführt werden muss, wodurch erst die zielgerichtete Inkarnation mit der Bestimmung des Wiederlebensortes im Center oder in dessen näherer Umgebung Erfolg zeitigen kann.
    Billy:
    Ah, jetzt verstehe ich: Das vorgesehene Sohar-Zentrum ist dann wohl ein Schwingungsund Strahlungszentrum mit irgendwelchen Energien und Kristallen usw., oder?
    Semjase:
58. Sicher, so ist es.
    Billy:
